All items are shipped through USPS. Shipping dates are estimated and once your package has been mailed through the postal service Nikkileestylee 96 can not guarantee that your items will arrive by the estimated date you were given. Every customer will receive a tracking number once items have been shipped. Nikkileestyle 96 is not responsible for your package once it has shipped. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or broken items and neither a refund nor exchange will be given if any damage caused during shipping.
A picture will be sent to customers of custom orders once they are complete before shipping!
ALL custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If there is an issue or problem with your order, please contact us directly via email, make sure to provide your full name and contact information. Please note if you receive the wrong item but your invoice has the item you received on it you will not be giving a refund or exchange.
